1、 What is the service life of the helmet?
The service life of helmets made of different materials is different. Generally speaking, the service life of the plant branch woven hat shall not exceed two years from the completion of the helmet manufacturing, the plastic cap and paper rubber cap shall not exceed two and a half years, and the FRP (vinylon steel) rubber cap shall not exceed three and a half years. If the appearance of the helmet is found to be cracked, concave and worn during use, the helmet can not be used any more and should be replaced in time. In addition, in the process of use, if the helmet suffers from any impact and crack, it shall be replaced and scrapped.

2、 What should be paid attention to when using safety helmet?

1. Before use, check whether the helmet is in good condition during the effective preventive test period.

2. Any personnel entering the production and construction site must wear safety helmet correctly.

3. When wearing the helmet, the helmet hoop must be adjusted according to the size of the head circumference and the chin strap must be fastened.

4. that before use, the cap shell should be checked for cracks or damage, no obvious deformation, the key components of the cap liner (cap hoop, back hoop, support belt, cap liner joint, chin strap, etc.) are complete, intact and firm, and the permanent marks can be clearly identified, and the validity period of use is not exceeded.

Normal service life: the normal effective service life of plastic safety helmet is 30 months calculated from the date of completion of product manufacturing.

3、 What are the requirements for the maintenance and storage of hard hats?

1. The safety helmet includes two basic components, namely, the shell and the suspension. The two components work as a system and need regular inspection and maintenance. The main purpose of the suspension is to absorb energy. As part of the regular inspection program, the service life of the safety helmet can be guaranteed by cleaning the suspension and the shell. Use a wet sponge or soft brush with mold cleaner and water to remove stains and spots on the suspension and housing.

2. The safety helmet shall be kept by the user himself or collectively. The production team should be placed in the tool cabinet or hung according to the number or name. It should not be stored in acid, alkali, high temperature, sunlight, humidity and other places, nor should it be placed with hard objects.

3. Periodic inspection, once a year.
